Martino G. A. Cartella was born near Bergamo, Italy in 1944 but left Italy in 1965 and after living in different countries for a few years, he settled in London in 1975 and eventually became a British Citizen. 7 years ago, he has moved to Peterborough. He has a diploma of Accountant from Italy, a degree in International Marketing from the USA and one in the Management of Learning from the UK. He is fluent in several European languages. He is a registered Business Adviser in UK and still professionally active but accepts only Italian clients. He is a Director of several Companies and Company Secretary of many others. Since early years his passion was reading History and Visiting Historical places all over the world and writing poetry. In 2013 he published his collected work “Il Sogno della Poesia – 50 anni di poesie ed altri racconti” – Vertigo Press, Rome”. He has been a Freemasons for 35 years, active in Craft (L4606), Chapter(L1541), Mark(L44-Kent), and Templars (P429, Middlesex). Since 2021 he is cooperating with the Historian Lucio Artini of Arezzo, Italy.



Lucio Artini is born in Arezzo in 1960. He obtained a degree in Political Science at the University of Florence, at the Faculty of Political Sciences “Cesare Alfieri”, course in Political Historical Address – Modern and Contemporary History. He has collaborated with the magazines “L’Uomo” and “Officinae”; in 2014 he published the book “Beato Gregorio X il Papa Crociato: il Papa templare?”.
He presented with colleagues a report at the conferences organized by Quatuor Coronati Lodge at Queen’s College of Cambridge in 2016 and in Alexandria – Washington in 2018. He participated with a report in Bordeaux in 2019 at ICOM 2019. He participated by bringing a brochure to the conference ICHF in Edinburgh in 2013. He is currently a member of the Loggia Lorenzo il Magnifico n.52 in Florence and of the Mount Sinai Lodge 8993 in London.
In March 2022 he presented a report on Sapere Aude with a colleague. Since 2021 he is cooperating with the Historian Martino Cartella: together they presented 2 reports on Sapere Aude, one on OpenLMF and one at the conference organized by Quatuor Coronati Lodge in Cambridge in 2023. He contributed to the organization of the conference held in Florence in May 2023 and presented a report.




Nato il 10 Giugno del 1955 a Firenze, maturità classica, Laurea in Medicina e Chirurgia con specializzazione in Geriatria e Gerontologia presso l’Università di Firenze. Per 32 anni G.P. a Montelupo Fiorentino (Firenze). Attualmente in pensione. Studioso della Tradizione e dei suoi Valori sia spirituali che profani.



Alessandro Castellan, a dynamic hospitality manager turned entrepreneur, established his presence in London since 2018. His worldly experiences encompass the UK, USA, Spain, and Australia, fuelling his unwavering passion for geography and history.
